The recreation of a space like one hundred years ago. This way, we will greet you in an atmosphere that makes you go back in time.

A traditional kitchen, a living room, a winery and a threshing-floor.
The farmer’s daily activities: baking the homemade broa (cornbread), weaving, carpentry, and basketry. There is also a workshop for the manufacture of walking sticks (one of the handicraft elements in the municipality of Baião).
Besides these activities, and according to the season of the year, we can also suggest you some typical activities, such as the making of marmalade and smoked delicatessen, and other.
We also have other activities, such as the Ceia da Lagarada (stomping grapes with feet), the Desfolhada (maize husking), the Malha do Milho (maize threshing) or the Desmancha do Porco (pig butchering). These activities are also accompanied by the cheerfulness of the Rancho Folclórico de Santa Cruz do Douro (traditional folklore music and dance), which offers you the interaction you want. (These activities are only possible with larger groups).

• Typical lunch and social gathering with local people that will be wearing traditional costumes according to the season; there is a variety of menus, all of them according to what was used one hundred years ago;
